New Publication: Policy Application and Ethical Considerations: Leadership Implications of Generative AI Policy in the University of Louisiana System This study analyzes how leadership within the University of Louisiana System used written communication—policy guidance, memos, and institutional documents—to shape ethical expectations during early generative AI adoption. The research shows that fairness, accountability, and transparency were consistently reinforced through leadership practices, strengthening faculty confidence and supporting academic integrity.
