EFT-Z08 standardizes how the public edition of Energy Filament Theory (EFT) reads redshift by decomposing it into two citable components: Tension Potential Redshift (TPR) as the baseline color from endpoint tensional potential (cadence) mismatch, and Path Evolution Redshift (PER) as a fine correction accumulated along a long, large-scale additional-evolution zone. In this convention, red first means tighter/slower, not necessarily earlier or farther. The manuscript also defines three hard-condition guardrails for PER to prevent misuse.
