Abstract

This record publishes EFT-A5 of Energy Filament Theory (EFT). A5 is the charter of the method-layer Protocol Library and hard-codes four mandatory governance rules for all downstream protocol families (A6–A21): Critical Step Hash, Pre-registered Pipeline, Minimal Artifacts, and Audit Hooks to Z13. The aim is to make protocols reproducible, auditable, and version-compatible, preventing post-hoc definition drift and enabling traceable Zenodo versioning and cross-linking.
