Description / Abstract This work presents a fully specified, audit-grade empirical protocol for testing Superluminal Localization Theory (SLT) against collider data using jet angular correlations. The analysis is explicitly framed as a falsification test anchored to the Standard Model (SM), treated not as a single prediction but as an ensemble baseline spanning generator, tune, and statistical uncertainties. Using publicly available LHC open data, the protocol mandates pre-registered parameter grids, identical data and baseline pipelines, observable-space residual visualization with uncertainty propagation, and a comprehensive set of quantified systematic checks. A binary decision logic is enforced: either the data are consistent with the SM ensemble baseline, constraining SLT in the tested observable, or a residual persists that satisfies a necessary condition for SLT viability. No claim of unique identification or proof of SLT is made. Instead, this publication establishes a reproducible, adversarially robust gate through which SLT — or any competing extension of the SM — must pass. An extensive audit checklist and reproduction protocol is included as an appendix to enable independent verification or falsification by third parties.
