This preprint presents two complementary analyses of large-scale cosmic structure. Part I systematically examines periodic structure in SDSS and DESI data, revealing signicant periodicity at ∼820 Mpc scales at high redshift (z ∼ 1) that decays to z ∼ 0.3 with a global decomposition rate of 97.8%. Part II identies six complete cosmic voids in JWST data at specic redshifts (z = 10.191, 10.579, 10.764, 11.155, 11.340, and 11.722) with signicances up to 18.88σ, showing periodicity in redshift space. Both analyses suggest non-random, crystalline-like structure in galaxy distribution challenging standard cosmological models.
