This document stands as an act of intellectual sovereignty and a forensic report on the systemic crisis currently eroding contemporary academic peer review. Through a rigorous logical dissection of a review report (Items A–T), this analysis exposes and refutes a consistent pattern of logical fallacies, identity-driven biases, and historical negationism. The study demonstrates how the ideological capture of academic publishing has supplanted technical rigor with political sloganeering, thereby dismantling the credibility of peer review as a safeguard of scientific integrity. The findings conclude that the reviewer’s argumentative fatigue and emotional disqualification inadvertently validate the urgent necessity of reclaiming Logos and fostering independent, transparent publishing spaces free from institutional guardianship. Keywords: Logos, Intellectual Freedom, Academic Censorship, Identity Neo-Marxism, Logical Fallacies, Academic Peer Review, University Crisis, Sovereignty of Thought, Intellectual Autarchy, Postmodernism.
