SOLARIS Navigator (CP364) (Restricted companion dossier — Embargoed release) SOLARIS Navigator — Embargo Companion Dossier is the restricted CP364 (Trinamica) release containing the core Signature Engine layer required for full-equivalence generation and validation of CP364 temporal fingerprints. This embargoed release complements the public dossier by including the protected operational components that enable: full reproducibility of the CP364 signature encoding, complete 72-bit temporal fingerprint mapping, calibration policies and threshold logic, advanced validation metrics and internal comparison matrices, Atlas/Apophis cross-target case studies and clustering evidence, control-library architecture for robust discrimination and falsification. Scope This restricted dossier contains technical elements necessary for exact replication of the full CP364 signature system, including mapping tables and calibration rules. These components are maintained under embargo to preserve CP364 strategic integrity and prevent trivial cloning of the core engine, while the public release remains sufficient for scientific replication of the observable outputs. Embargo policy The embargo is set to 24 months, renewable, and may be lifted earlier under formal scientific collaboration or validated replication context. Relationship with the public release This dossier is a companion to: SOLARIS Navigator (CP364) — Public Release (R01PUBLIC) It should be interpreted as the protected technical layer supporting the complete CP364 framework.
