This paper presents the Quantum Contact experimental platform investigating micro-stochastic structure in quantum interference systems under observation and neuro-cognitive coupling. Two experimentally supported hypotheses are reported: observation-induced micro-stabilization and EEG-linked micro-coherence between spatial sensors. Additionally, a third framework (TORUS) is introduced as an ongoing time-symmetric informational model exploring whether decoherence patterns may encode non-random structure compatible with retrocausal boundary conditions. The work provides experimental evidence of micro-order in quantum stochastic systems and proposes a falsifiable protocol for trans-temporal informational structure.
