This work presents a refined centrifugal cosmology framework in which the origin of cosmic evolution is defined as a zero-reference state without orientation. Absolute zero is reinterpreted not as a terminal boundary or physical singularity, but as a neutral transition threshold beyond which temperature ceases to function as an orienting parameter. From this orientation-free state, two symmetric transition branches emerge naturally through symmetry breaking, enabling structured cosmic evolution without invoking an initial explosive event. The framework emphasizes transition dynamics, centrifugal organization, and stability windows as the primary mechanisms underlying hierarchical structure formation.
