This paper operationalises admissibility evaluation within the Paton System through the Paton Admissibility Quantification Framework (PAQF). The framework introduces numerical scoring across Boundary, Relation, and Persistence axes, enabling repeatable cross-domain viability assessment without modification of underlying models. A ten-case anchor calibration set evaluated by multiple operators demonstrates interpretive stability and scalar robustness. Statistical reliability indicators reinforce scoring consistency and diagnostic applicability across engineering, governance, artificial intelligence, and complex systems domains. This work advances admissibility evaluation from conceptual formulation to calibrated operational methodology while maintaining non-interfering overlay positioning within Tier-3 evaluation of the Paton System.
