The subject of the research is the forensic characteristic of criminal activity among migrants, developed as a comprehensive informational-analytical model. This model represents a system of interconnected elements designed to describe and systematize forensically significant features, regular connections, and specific factors that determine the genesis, mechanism, and methods of concealing crimes in this area. Unlike general forensic characteristics, the focus is on the peculiarities arising from the specificity of the subject (legal status, ethnocultural environment, integration into diasporas or transnational networks) and the environment of their activity (criminal enclaves, digital space). The aim of the work is to identify, structure, and analyze the elements of this characteristic in order to formulate scientifically grounded methodological recommendations for investigations aimed at overcoming typical tactical risks and information isolation. The study is based on a systematic approach. The methodological foundation consists of the analysis of scientific concepts of forensic characteristics (Sergeyev L.A., Belkin R.S.), generalization of investigative practice, and classification of empirical data. Based on the conducted analysis, a four-element model of forensic characteristics has been developed: The subject of the crime: a typology has been developed that includes "loners," members of diasporas, members of transnational organized criminal groups, and "cyber migrants." It has been established that illegal status is forensically significant, influencing motivation, method of concealment, and choice of setting. Environment: a key feature is the connection with criminal migration enclaves, creating zones of increased risk for investigation, as well as the use of transboundary cyberspace. Method: a synthesis of modern technologies (cryptocurrencies, anonymizers) and archaic socio-ethnocultural practices (use of dialects, informal money transfer systems) for conspiracy and exerting pressure on victims has been identified. Trace picture: the dominance of digital traces specific to the migrant environment has been proven (data from niche messengers, operations through systems like "hawala," geolocation tags). The developed model serves as the basis for the formation of forensic methodologies, training personnel in law enforcement agencies, and assessing tactical risks in investigations. It is aimed at overcoming information isolation caused by the insularity of migrant communities. Thus, the forensic characteristic of criminal activity among migrants must be dynamic and interdisciplinary. Its practical value is determined by established correlations between the type of subject and the specificity of other elements of the model, allowing a shift from general description to effective investigation.
