This work explores the ethical foundation of democracy beyond institutional governance. It argues that devotion to national well-being must take precedence over personal or partisan interests to prevent corruption and moral decline. The paper introduces individuality, equality, creativity, and awareness as core principles necessary for cultivating responsible citizenship, beginning in early childhood development. Democracy is presented as a moral and cultural practice rather than merely a political system.
