This research poster presents a comprehensive analysis of the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the e-commerce and e-business sectors. Utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, the study evaluates seven peer-reviewed papers published between 2021 and 2025 to identify key AI-driven applications and emerging market trends. The findings indicate that AI has become a fundamental enabler of digital commerce innovation, particularly as global e-commerce sales are projected to reach nearly seven trillion USD by 2025. A significant portion of the research focuses on the critical standard of AI-powered personalization, noting that seventy-one percent of shoppers now expect businesses to deliver tailored experiences. The study further explores the shift toward immersive technologies, specifically highlighting how augmented reality, voice commerce, and hyper-personalization are reshaping consumer behavior and business strategies. Beyond front-end consumer interactions, the research underscores the importance of AI in optimizing the back-end journey through smart logistics and recommender systems. It also emphasizes that maintaining customer trust through transparent data practices is the bedrock of successful AI integration. Ultimately, the study concludes that AI provides a profound competitive advantage and acts as the primary driver of innovation and expansion in the modern digital marketplace.
