This paper introduces Quantum Artificial Intelligent Computing (QAIC) — a foundational approach to intelligence that arises not from statistical approximation or brute-force pattern matching, but from the interaction of informational constraints within quantum event fabrics. QAIC departs from conventional AI and quantum computing paradigms by positing that intelligence, meaning, and computation emerge through the constraint-based propagation of symbolic structure, rather than via probabilistic optimization or unitary evolution alone.
