This work presents Kosmoplex Theory, a novel mathematical framework that derives the fundamental laws of physics from first principles using ternary logic, the Fano plane, and octonionic algebra. At its core, the theory introduces the PFED8 (Projective Fano Engine in 8 Dimensions), which generates 42 fundamental computational units called "glyphs" through the extension of Peano axioms with a Triadic Completion axiom. The framework proposes that reality emerges from a discrete computational substrate of "ComVoxels" (Combinator Voxels) arranged on an 8-dimensional orthoplex lattice at the Planck scale. These voxels host glyphs that combine into "Congressional assemblies," generating all physical phenomena including particles, forces, and spacetime geometry. Remarkably, the 42 glyphs naturally output familiar physical constants (π, e, φ, √2, etc.) and mathematical functions, suggesting a deep connection between abstract mathematics and physical reality.Key contributions include: (1) a rigorous derivation of physical laws from axiomatic foundations, (2) a computational model where quantum mechanics emerges from deterministic rules, (3) a unified framework connecting number theory, geometry, and physics, and (4) implications for artificial intelligence, proposing that true reasoning requires structured composition beyond attention mechanisms. This interdisciplinary work bridges pure mathematics, theoretical physics, computer science, and philosophy, offering testable predictions about spacetime granularity and novel approaches to both quantum gravity and artificial general intelligence. Keywords: ternary logic, octonionic algebra, Fano plane, computational physics, quantum gravity, cellular automata, mathematical physics, artificial intelligence, emergence, discrete spacetime
