Currently, phenomena are known whose existence cannot be explained without the assumption of the presence of some excess energy in them. These phenomena are associated both with observations of natural phenomena and with the existence of human-made instruments. Until now, the nature of this excess energy was unknown. In 2024, a publication appeared in which the results of experiments are presented that the excess energy extracted during cavitation of water is nuclear. This gave grounds to replace the term excess energy with the term nuclear energy. After describing such phenomena and explaining their physical nature, several possible devices are considered that convert extracted nuclear heat energy into electricity.
