COSECUR D.5.1. Project Management Plan

The purpose of this deliverable is to provide project partners with an easy-to-use, friendly manual for project procedures and communications. This document provides the foundation for the practical work of the project throughout its duration and will help ensure that all project partners follow the same well-defined procedures and practices. Thus, this deliverable is an important and mandatory tool to ensure that the project is delivered on specification, on time, and budget.This document contains a description of the following aspects:• management structure, description, operation, responsibilities, and roles of each management body;• guidelines for the different necessary communication tasks stemming from the progress of the project: communication with the EC, internal communication within the Consortium and external communication, that is communication to society in general and dissemination;• tools, creation, management, and official delivery of project documentation,• process of internal quality review for deliverables and other scientific and dissemination outputs;• reporting activities.
