As student affairs professionals face increasing internal and external pressures to justify the value of their work, Stephen P. Hundley, Ph.D., is widely recognized as a long‐time expert in all things involving assessment and improvement in higher education. And with good reason. He's the Founding Executive Director of the Center for Leading Improvements in Higher Education at Indiana University Indianapolis, where he's also Professor of Organizational Leadership. He hosts Leading Improvements in Higher Education , a podcast service of the Assessment Institute. Additionally, he serves as Executive Editor of Assessment Update , a bimonthly periodical also published by Wiley, and Series Editor of the Assessment and Improvement in Higher Education book series with Routledge. He also chairs both the Assessment Institute in Indianapolis and the International Conference on Assessing Quality in Higher Education.
