This extended treatise presents a rigorous geometric alternative to the standard ΛCDM cosmological model, addressing its foundational incoherences without recourse to ad-hoc parametrizations such as the Inflaton field or Dark Energy. We advance the theory of Intrinsic Metric Time Dilation (IMTD), which postulates a fundamental coupling between the local energy density ρ and the temporal component of the metric tensor (g₀₀). By introducing a density-dependent Lapse Function N(ρ) into the Friedmann-Lemaître-Robertson-Walker (FLRW) metric, we demonstrate that the temporal flow is not a rigid background parameter but a dynamic, emergent property of the thermodynamic state. This "Density-Time Axiom" resolves the Horizon and Flatness problems through a divergence of causal connectivity in the Planck era, rendering the inflationary hypothesis obsolete. Furthermore, we derive the observed late-time acceleration of the universe not as the result of a repulsive vacuum energy, but as a geometric residue of Time Relaxation. The apparent acceleration is identified as a chronometric perspective effect caused by the decaying gradient of the time metric (Ṅ). Finally, this work unifies gravitation with thermodynamics by defining the cosmological arrow of time as the gradient of density decoherence. We provide specific falsifiable predictions, including constraints on Primordial Nucleosynthesis (BBN), non-Gaussian signatures in matter distribution, and a violation of the consistency relations for primordial gravitational waves, offering a clear path for empirical verification in the era of precision cosmology.
