This manuscript proposes an alternative cosmological model based on an open thermodynamic system : the Bubble-Universe. The model postulates that our Universe is a low-energy phase (c) protected by a phase wall, evolving within a Super-Medium characterized by a constant light speed of 50c. Drawing on the concept of the "Primordial Fission" of the neutron and a hyper-energetic pumping mechanism via black holes, this theory provides a physical solution to the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) observational anomalies regarding the early maturity of galaxies. The paper explores the unification of cosmology with quantum mechanics and power electronics, introducing the impedance matching coefficient Landa (50). Potential technological applications for quantum computing and semiconductors are also suggested.
