The Unified Annotation Schema (UAS), or the Mentim Ontology, is our core framework designed to measure the structural stability of intelligent systems. Unlike standard evaluations that assess model outputs, the UAS evaluates how representational structure persists and shifts across contexts. By applying a standardized annotation language to model trajectories, early signals of structural degradation can be identified before they surface as behavioral failures.
