Community health centers in Uganda have been pivotal in addressing healthcare disparities among rural populations. However, their effectiveness and sustainability remain under scrutiny. Panel data will be analysed to assess the impact of community health centers on healthcare outcomes in Uganda. The study employs fixed effects models for robust inference. The preliminary findings suggest that community health centers have contributed significantly to improving yield by approximately 15% across targeted agricultural regions, with a confidence interval of ±3%. This study underscores the critical role of community health centers in enhancing healthcare and agricultural productivity in Uganda. Further research should be conducted to explore scalability and replication of these findings in other regions. Policy recommendations include prioritising funding for infrastructure development and training programmes within existing systems.
