Field research stations in Tanzania are pivotal for clinical outcomes assessment but vary significantly in their methodologies and effectiveness. A systematic review combining data from multiple randomized controlled trials conducted at various field research stations in Tanzania. Data were analysed using meta-regression models and sensitivity analyses to identify key factors affecting the reliability of clinical outcome measurements. The analysis revealed a significant variation (p < 0. 05) in the standard deviation of clinical outcomes across different stations, indicating a need for standardised protocols to enhance consistency. Standardised protocols and regular quality checks are recommended to improve the reliability and comparability of clinical outcome measurements across Tanzania's field research stations. Field researchers should adhere strictly to predefined study protocols and conduct regular calibration exercises to ensure uniformity in measurement methods. The empirical specification follows Y=₀+^ X+, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
