The theory of the Instantaneous Teleportation Cosmos (ITC) is proposed, in which zero-latency transmission of matter, information, and energy is permitted between any two spacetime points in the universe. A cosmos permitting causal reversal cannot sustain stable structures, life, or rational thought. Thus, the ITC must satisfy causal laws and preclude causal reversal—a constraint that dictates the rejection of relativistic spacetime and the adoption of an absolute basal structure. In the ITC, perceived spatial distance (metric geometry) is not fundamental but derived from more basic relationships (e.g., network connections). At a fundamental level, the cosmos may be a network where all points are directly connected, with perceived distance as a manifestation of these connections. Accepting space as emergent—rather than fundamental—validates the ITC. The ITC adopts Absolute Time and an absolute underlying background structure (termed “Absolute Time and Basal Structure”) as its reference frame. This framework ensures the feasibility of instantaneous teleportation without violating causal laws, laying the foundation for subsequent theoretical deductions.
