Community health centers in Ghana have been established to improve access to healthcare services, particularly in underserved areas. However, their effectiveness and cost-effectiveness remain under-researched. A systematic review will be conducted using DiD models to analyse data from existing studies. The DiD model will account for baseline differences and time trends between treatment and control groups. One study found a significant reduction in outpatient visits by 20% post-launch of the community health centers, with uncertainty around these results within ±5 percentage points. The use of DiD models provides valuable insights into the impact of Ghana's community health centre systems on healthcare utilization and cost-effectiveness. Future research should consider additional control variables to enhance model robustness and explore longer-term impacts. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
