MUT 6.27 presents five quantitative predictions of the Mass Curvature Rate (MCR) framework spanning quantum and cosmological phenomena. Predictions include non-singular black hole core radii, galaxy rotation curves without dark matter, proton radius variation dependent on local energy density, high-frequency gravitational wave tails, and local time-flux modulation. Each prediction is supported by detailed calculations, numerical estimates, and Python simulations, demonstrating consistency with observational data and providing clear, testable outcomes for future experiments. This paper highlights MCR’s ability to connect micro-scale quantum effects to macro-scale cosmological dynamics.
