Phase mechanics provides operational definitions for systems governed by resolution cycles, boundary evaluation, and geometric memory accumulation. Building on Field-Logic foundations, this document establishes three primitives (phase state, phase gate, phase memory), six descriptors, and eight operators sufficient to describe dynamics across atomic, macro, and black hole regimes without recourse to force language. Constraint relationships, measurement boundary conditions, and explicit falsification criteria are provided. This framework formalizes the operator layer implied by Field-Logic dynamics and integrates aliasing and measurement-extreme constraints from prior published work.
