Abstract

Numerical observation that the strong coupling constant at the Z mass satisfies αs (mZ) = 3/ (17×5¼) to 0. 014σ (PDG 2024), where 3 is the colour count, 17 the total Standard Model particle count, and 5^ (1/4) a pentagon geometry correction. Exhaustive uniqueness test confirms this is the only expression using SM integers within 1σ that includes 17. Structural parallel with sin²θW = 5/ (17√φ) identified.
