Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force across various sectors, includingeducation. Commerce education, which plays a vital role in developing future professionals in business, finance,and management, is significantly influenced by the integration of AI technologies. This paper aims to study theimpact of Artificial Intelligence on commerce education, focusing on teaching–learning methods, curriculumdevelopment, assessment systems, and skill enhancement. The study highlights how AI tools such as intelligenttutoring systems, data analytics, virtual simulations, and personalized learning platforms improve academicefficiency, student engagement, and practical exposure. At the same time, the paper also discusses the challengesassociated with AI adoption, including lack of infrastructure, digital divide, and teacher training issues, ethicalconcerns, and data privacy risks. The research is based on secondary data collected from books, researcharticles, reports, and online sources. The findings reveal that while AI offers significant opportunities to enhancethe quality and relevance of commerce education, effective implementation requires proper planning, policysupport, and capacity building. The study concludes that AI, if used responsibly, can strengthen commerceeducation and prepare students for a technology-driven global economy.
