The adoption rates of community health centers in Kenya have been a subject of interest for researchers aiming to understand their impact on public health outcomes. A mixed-methods approach was employed, including quantitative data from surveys and administrative records alongside qualitative insights gathered through interviews. The study utilised a time-series analysis to measure changes in CHC adoption over time. Community health centers showed an adoption rate increase of 15% between and, driven by improved funding and policy support from the government. The quasi-experimental design provided robust evidence for the effectiveness of CHC systems in enhancing healthcare access and service delivery in Kenya. Further research should explore long-term sustainability strategies to maintain high adoption rates and improve health outcomes. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
