Pan-Africanism has been a significant force in African politics since the mid-20th century, with Central Africa serving as a focal point for its revival and adaptation to contemporary challenges. No empirical data was collected for this commentary; instead, a critical analysis of existing literature and theoretical models will be employed to interpret current trends in CAR's political landscape. The resurgence of pan-Africanism in Central Africa presents both opportunities for fostering regional unity and addressing persistent socio-economic disparities. However, challenges persist regarding the effective implementation and acceptance of these principles among local populations. Policy makers should prioritise inclusive governance structures that incorporate pan-Africanist values to ensure broad stakeholder engagement and support. Additionally, educational initiatives are recommended to promote understanding and appreciation of pan-Africanism within CAR's diverse cultural milieu.
