Youth activism is increasingly recognised as a significant driver of legal reform in African societies, with Morocco serving as an illustrative case study. The analysis employs qualitative research methods to explore interviews, surveys, and secondary data from relevant Moroccan institutions. Youth activists have successfully advocated for legal changes that address issues such as discrimination against marginalized groups, highlighting the importance of youth engagement in policy-making processes. This study underscores the crucial role of young people in fostering inclusive legal systems through their activism and advocacy efforts. Policy makers should prioritise inclusivity by actively engaging with youth on legislative changes to ensure they are aligned with societal needs and values.
