Digital technology has become an integral part of daily life in urban areas but remains underutilized in rural communities across Africa. An action research approach was employed, involving participatory workshops with community leaders and users to identify needs and develop interventions. Participants reported a significant interest in accessing online education materials (75%) and health information (60%). Digital inclusion strategies can foster socio-economic development by enhancing access to educational resources and healthcare services. Implement community-led digital literacy programmes and integrate technology into existing infrastructure for sustainable impact.
