Youth entrepreneurship in Nairobi, Kenya has been identified as a critical component for economic development, yet there is limited systematic evaluation of existing training programmes. The proposed framework will integrate qualitative and quantitative methods, including case studies and econometric analysis, to evaluate the outcomes of various youth entrepreneurship training initiatives across Nairobi's urban centers. The theoretical framework will serve as a guide for policymakers and practitioners to design more effective youth entrepreneurship training programmes, focusing on enhancing economic empowerment through targeted interventions. Recommendations include the prioritization of mentorship support, networking events, and continuous feedback mechanisms in future training programmes. Additionally, regular evaluations should be conducted to refine programme content based on participant success rates and impact data.
