Abstract

Abstract The problem of free will has remained a central philosophical and scientific challenge for millennia. Traditional models—ranging from hard determinism to compatibilism—offer partial explanations but fail to provide a complete, actionable framework. This paper presents the Universal Formula, a comprehensive solution integrating three universal pillars: the Law of Karma (Causal System Integrity), the Universal Law of Balance (Equilibrium), and the mechanics of Human Decision-Making. By quantifying agency as a function of system health and alignment with natural laws, this formula moves free will from an abstract concept to an exact, implementable system. Applications in education, leadership, and Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) illustrate the formula's capacity to resolve human agency in a predictable and sustainable manner.
