Deliverable 5.7 — Online Learning Programme materials, details the final development and materials for the UP2030 project's Massive Open Online Course (MOOC). The MOOC "How to Build Carbon Neutral, Resilient and Just Cities" is designed to empower city practitioners with knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to integrate carbon neutrality, resilience, and spatial justice into urban planning, decision, and policymaking. Structured around the project's 5Ups approach (UP-Dating, UP-Skilling, UP Grading, UP-Scaling, UP-Taking), the program comprises five modules featuring theoretical content, technical tool tutorials, and case studies from partner cities of UP2030. This report outlines the MOOC's pedagogical design, learning objectives, and the comprehensive structure of its 12 hours curriculum. It also describes the development of the hosting platform, including its features and interactive elements. Furthermore, the document presents the dissemination strategy to maximize reach and a sustainability plan to ensure the course's long-term viability and impact as a key legacy resource for the UP2030 project.
