This study analyses the impact of in-store experience on consumer purchase decisions towards D-Mart in Coimbatore city. In the competitive retail sector, the physical store environment plays a vital role in influencing customer satisfaction and buying behaviour. The research focuses on major in-store factors such as store layout, product availability, pricing strategy, ambience, staff behaviour, promotional offers, and billing efficiency. A descriptive research design is adopted, and primary data is collected through structured questionnaires from customers visiting D-Mart stores in Coimbatore, supported by relevant secondary sources.
