This technical report establishes the industrial reliability and validation framework for the HTS Altea-Garay Cryogenic Module V2.1. The analysis focuses on the implementation of a multi-layer magnetic shielding architecture under a 40% Industrial Degradation Factor (IDF) to account for real-world mechanical stress. Key innovations detailed include the "Magnetic Labyrinth" geometry governed by the Triple Shield Rule and a hybrid Feedforward/Feedback control system integrated with a Digital Twin spectral signature. Stress-test results demonstrate passive stability up to 5.0 mT and a definitive system rupture point at 9.2 mT. This work provides the foundational infrastructure for scalable and mobile quantum computing in high-interference industrial environments.
