This paper presents the official V1.0 release of the Unified Theory of Global Topological Conservation, constructing a self-consistent, closed and assumption-free unified physical framework based on spatial topological structure as the core foundation. The theory takes Global Topological Conservation as the sole first principle, unifies matter, fields, energy and all fundamental interactions into the topological deformation and conjugate compensation mechanism of the closed complex primordial global field, and strictly defines three hierarchical categories of top-level terms: Ontological Basis, Topological Mapping and Conservation Principles. It identifies Light Long Vortex (LLV) as the primordial dynamic core of spatial topological evolution and Three Long Rhythm (TLR) as the intrinsic temporal rhythm of global evolution, realizing the logical connection from the ontological origin of space to the phenomenology of particle physics. This V1.0 version completes the formalization and standardization of the theoretical terminology system and basic framework, establishes the unique definition of all core concepts, and provides a unified standard basis for subsequent mathematical formalization, quantitative deduction and experimental verification of the theory. The framework is fully compatible with the mature physical systems such as the Standard Model, and provides a brand-new research path for the unification of fundamental physics.
