Ghana's Accra Metropolitan Area is a hub for female entrepreneurship, but limited access to vocational training hinders their business success and employment generation. A mixed-methods approach combining qualitative interviews with quantitative survey data was employed to assess participants' perceptions and achievements post-vocational training. Female graduates reported a significant improvement (30%) in their entrepreneurial skills following vocational training, correlating with increased business growth rates (25%). Vocational training programmes enhance female entrepreneurs' capabilities but require further support for sustained employment and business success. Implement comprehensive career development pathways integrating vocational training with mentorship and financial assistance to foster inclusive entrepreneurship in Accra.
