Urban youth in Lagos, Nigeria are increasingly engaging with digital health services due to economic factors and technological advancements. A mixed-methods approach combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews was employed, with a sample size of 300 participants aged 15-24. Findings indicate that 60% of the sampled urban youth have adopted DHR platforms, primarily for appointment scheduling (78%) and health information access (65%). Adoption rates vary significantly by socio-economic status and digital literacy levels among urban youth in Lagos. Policy makers should prioritise digital literacy programmes to enhance adoption rates and improve healthcare outcomes for urban youth. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
