Youth engagement in Ghanaian business paradigms is increasingly recognised as a critical factor for economic development and social progress. A qualitative approach was employed to gather insights from interviews with policymakers, business leaders, and youth organizations. Data analysis focused on thematic content. Findings indicate a significant trend towards integrating youth into decision-making processes in businesses across various sectors, particularly in technology and retail industries. The integration of young talent is seen as instrumental for innovation and sustainable growth but faces challenges related to capacity building and resource allocation. Policy recommendations include enhancing access to training programmes, creating mentorship opportunities, and establishing more inclusive business environments that value youth contributions.
