Since 1983, Modified Newtonian Dynamics (MOND) has successfully described galactic rotation curves using a single empirical acceleration scale a₀ 1. 2 10^-10 m/s^2. Several authors have noted the suggestive proximity a₀ c H₀, but its theoretical origin has remained an open question. In this Addendum II to the Model H framework, I report a potentially fundamental observation: a geometric parameter (= 0. 00947), originally derived to address the Hubble tension, mathematically produces the MOND acceleration scale through the chain H₀ a₀. By applying the formula a₀ = c H₀ / 6, the model yields a value of 1. 198 10^-10 m/s^2. This reproduces the observed galactic acceleration to 0. 2% with zero free parameters. The paper proposes a geometric interpretation for the factor 1/6, suggesting it corresponds to the number of independent deformation directions (x, y, z) in a three-dimensional spacetime treated as a superfluid.
