Mobile health services have emerged as a critical component in addressing healthcare disparities, particularly for rural youth in underserved regions like Eastern Chad. A mixed-methods approach comprising both quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews was employed. Data were collected from a representative sample of rural youth (N = 200) through structured questionnaires administered via mobile app. The survey revealed that 65% of respondents utilised mobile health services, with satisfaction levels significantly higher for access to specialized care compared to general medical consultations (p < 0.01). Mobile health services are widely used by rural youth in Eastern Chad, and there is a particular need for enhanced access to specialized healthcare. Investment should be directed towards expanding mobile health service networks with a focus on improving the availability of specialized care facilities.
