Emergency care units (ECUs) in Ghana are underutilized, leading to suboptimal clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. A multilevel regression model was employed to analyse data from three levels: individual patients, ECU facilities, and regional health districts. The model accounts for both fixed effects (e. g. , facility-specific characteristics) and random effects (e. g. , district-level variations). The analysis revealed that patient satisfaction scores varied significantly between different ECUs, with a mean difference in satisfaction of 15%. While initial results suggest variability across ECUs, further research is needed to identify specific factors contributing to these differences. Investment in training for healthcare providers and standardization of protocols within ECUs are recommended to improve clinical outcomes and patient experience. Emergency Care Units, Ghana, Multilevel Regression Analysis, Clinical Outcomes, Patient Satisfaction Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
