Description/Abstract: The laws of thermodynamics are considered the most fundamental constraints in all of physics. No theory violates them. No experiment contradicts them. No domain of science escapes them. But no theory explains why they exist. They are treated as axioms — foundational truths that require no derivation. This paper proposes that the laws of thermodynamics are not axioms. They are emergent properties of the fractal geometric architecture of the fundamental equations of physics. Energy conservation is inherited from the mathematical structure. Entropy increase is the statistical expression of fractal cascade directionality. Phase transitions are the observable signature of fractal geometric systems reaching critical thresholds. And the arrow of time — the deepest open question in physics — is not imposed from outside the equations. It is inherited from the irreversibility of fractal phase transitions in the equations themselves. Keywords: arrow of time, thermodynamics, entropy, fractal geometry, phase transition, critical phenomena, renormalization group, universality, turbulence, Kolmogorov, Resonance Theory, irreversibility, time symmetry
