Community health centres in Nigeria have been established to improve access to healthcare services, particularly in rural areas where resources are scarce. A comprehensive literature review was conducted using systematic search strategies to identify relevant studies. A meta-analysis approach was applied, incorporating statistical methods such as random-effects models with robust standard errors. The analysis revealed a significant improvement in patient outcomes over time, with an average increase of 15% in service utilization rates across the sampled health centres. This study provides evidence for the effectiveness of community health centre systems and offers insights into their future development based on predictive models. Investments should be prioritised in infrastructure upgrades to enhance service delivery, with a focus on training healthcare providers to ensure quality care remains consistent. Community Health Centres, Nigeria, Meta-Analysis, Time-Series Forecasting, Healthcare Improvement Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
