Climate change impacts are disproportionately felt in vulnerable regions such as Chad, exacerbating existing socio-economic challenges. A mixed-method approach combining qualitative interviews with quantitative analysis of climate impact data to assess vulnerability levels. There is a significant disparity (p<0. 05) in access to climate finance across different regions, with northern Chad facing higher risks and lower funding. Chad requires targeted adaptation strategies and increased equitable financing mechanisms to address climate vulnerabilities effectively. The government should prioritise vulnerable areas through strategic planning and partnerships with international organizations for sustainable development. The empirical specification follows Y=₀+^ X+, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
