Community health centers in Uganda face challenges related to system reliability, which affects service delivery and patient outcomes. A systematic literature review was conducted to identify methodologies used in previous studies on system reliability in Ugandan healthcare settings. The review included articles published between and, focusing on quantitative methods such as regression analysis and structural equation modelling (SEM). The analysis revealed a significant improvement in the reliability of electronic health record systems when implemented with robust data validation protocols. This review underscores the importance of using validated data entry procedures to enhance system reliability in community health centers. Healthcare administrators should prioritise the adoption of standardised data validation processes to ensure consistent and accurate healthcare information management. Treatment effect was estimated with logit (pᵢ) =₀+^ Xᵢ, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
