A mixed-methods approach incorporating literature review and thematic analysis will be employed to construct the theoretical model. Theoretical insights suggest that mobile platforms can significantly enhance community engagement and ownership over malaria prevention strategies. Public health authorities should prioritise the integration of mobile technology in their malaria control programmes to leverage existing infrastructure effectively.
